Salaries constitute the most important part of labour costs paid for by the employer, as well as the other costs. In this section information is disseminated on the labour cost per worker and month by activity sector and costs component for the Basque Country as a whole and the State, with the source being the Quarterly Survey on Labour Costs by the INE. Information is also disseminated concerning the evolution of the minimum inter-professional salary, for the Basque Country as a whole and the State, whose source is the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
