The mercantile enterprise is a legal form of company, considered the basic unit of economic production, and is subject to Mercantile Law. Data disseminated in this section covers the number of mercantile enterprises created in the Basque Country by province, the subscribed capital and the paid capital, differentiating whether they are public or private limited companies or general or limited partnerships and the source of information is the INE.
