The Survey on Housing Need and Demand operation (ENDV) provides annual information –and quarterly monitoring- on the quantification and evolution of the Needs and potential Demand for housing according to type (first access, change and refurbishment); both on the motives and degree of need and on the characteristics of the housing needed. It includes the population aged between 18 and 44 with some form of income. It is a basic source of information in the system of indicators for monitoring the housing policy. The results are disseminated for municipalities with more than 40,000 inhabitants.
