The Statistics on Started and Finished Housing operation (EVIT) provides regular information on the quantification, classification and location of the building of housings constructed in subsidised or free market developments in the Basque Country. It measures the Magnitude, territorial distribution and development of housing construction both subsidised and private, started and finished, considering the identification of the developer, development and number of dwellings. It is a basic source of information for the system indicators for monitoring the housing policy. The results are disseminated at municipal level.
