The series of publications going under the name of "Technical Notebooks" begun in 1998, aims to make the following types of research available:

Applied research projects directed towards the improvement of official statistics production and dissemination.
Development projects on methodological aspects concerning all the operations of the Basque Statistics Organisation, of a technical nature and of dissemination not using the usual channels.
Lectures and articles concerning methodology given or written exclusively by EUSTAT personnel or in collaboration with other professionals, at Congresses and other Forums.
