Conditions of use of information contained on this server

Use of the information on this server implies acceptance of the following conditions of use:

1. One of the main objectives of the server is to reach the greatest number of users and facilitate access to official statistical information in the shortest time possible. Within this context, the Eustat authorises that information contained on this page may be used, provided that the following source is quoted: "Source: Eustat Web Server: www.eustat.es"
2. However, copying or the reproduction of data on any computer support (networks, data bases or electronic publications) is forbidden that might make this information available to multiple users without prior written consent by the Eustat.
3. Information quality. Statistical information comes from multiple sources and is introduced onto the server as quickly as possible following the strict procedures of quality control. However, the Eustat does not guarantee that all the information presented is correct or that it is suitably up to date, although when necessary every effort will be made to rectify and correct this situation in the shortest time possible. On some occasions, the server contains links to external pages over which the Eustat has no control and therefore declines all responsibility.
4. The statistical results contained here must not be considered official. Official results of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country will only be considered to be those referring to Statistics included in the Basque Statistical Plans, annual Statistical Programmes and any others the Basque Government declares official, that have been edited by the Institute.
5. The Eustat does not accept responsibility for damages incurred by the user that derive from access to the server or use of information contained on it.
